After 5 years since its premiere in 2017, Sandglass by Insight Entertainment is coming back with its second season. A creative musical based on the SBS kdrama by the same name from 1995, it tells a story of scars and sorrows that the time has left behind in the lives of young people who seemed to lead perfect lives. In a chaotic era, a law student that strives to uphold social justice, a man who is standing on a university barricade hoping to become part of a socialist society, and a gang leader sent to surpass the barricade wishing to become a leader on a bigger scale. These three struggle to turn the hourglass of fate given to them.
